Attaching the Tethers (For trainers purchased from the USA after Jan 1, 2020 and before July 2020.)
June 5, 2020 Update for Front Tethers Use
In hot conditions (80F+) the front rectangular-loop tethers may come loose as they expand or even break (the rubber softens). An easy solution is to discard the rectangular loop tethers altogether and only use the 5 pronged attachments four all tethers and poles; see photos for positioning.
4 loop tethers and 4 with 5 pronged attachments that clip onto the base have been supplied with all trainers until June 2020. As of July 15, only 5 pronged attachments are included, no fussing around with loop tethers anymore.
The side positioned attachments may come off when struck hard while the ones at the front on the base won't come off.
August, 2020, Update to Instructions for 3-woods, hybrids & 3 irons practice
As per instruction sheet: Driver - place black poles on black lines, clubface position in front of small black arrow. Irons 4 to wedge use red poles and red lines.
Change to what is on instruction sheet: fairway woods, hybrids, 2 or 3 iron, align clubface with center red line (like with irons). Poles - place black poles on long red line closest to you, and red poles on exterior black line on outside of ball. See Photo Below
[Black poles are 46 degrees, red poles 64, these club shafts (3 wood to 3 iron) optimally swing through on 52 to 60 degrees.]
